This Custom track system is designed to hold large beef and sheep, it is constructed all of 3" tall x 0.5" thick 304 stainless-steel rails. A.E.G. designed this system with the customers approval to refurbish the old rails and improve sanitary design. The system is hung off of the main beam located in the middle of the room, with new red iron supports placed in the roof. The beam has since been cladded.
The track system is designed in house by A.E.G.'s design team including all track switches. Before manufacturing began the customer was given a chance to see the new system in place using our 3D rendering software, where he was able to adjust and change as needed. We are more than happy to provide sales drawings for anyone interested in railwork, and will provide our professional opinions on the most efficient solution.
