Cheese Delivery System

This custom system of stainless steel synthetic belt conveyors was designed to unload cheese from holding bags and incline it up to existing mixing machines. Operators stand on a platform and with the help of a pneumatic lift assist take bags of cheese and dump them into a wide unload conveyor. Then through a system of inclines it elevates the cheese into mixers. The second incline pivots to allow for quick change over from mixer to mixer while keeping the infeed registered to the first incline. Rails flip back and tension of the belts can be removed without tools to allow for full access to conveyor for sanitation. Built in CIP’s were also provided for cleaning the equipment. Finally, a stainless steel sloped roof cabinet with electrical controls was provided with this system.
