Produce Wash Line

This fully custom sanitary stainless steel line was designed and built to wash and process fresh produce. This line includes a full operator trimming station and delivery conveyors that integrate various pieces of processing equipment. Many sanitary design features were built into this line such as quick and easy removable rails, tool less and quick release of belt tension, stood off components, and CIP spray bars. This line was also installed with a full set of electrical controls. A custom program along with HMI’s for operators allowed for easy change over from different products.
