Our team at A.E.G. have fabricated a 304 stainless steel mezzanine for a high care washdown environment that will produce a cheese alternative. This 880 sqft mezzanine is designed to shed water to a center-mounted drain and all main support tubes are rotated 45-degrees to eliminate water pooling. A.E.G. worked with the filler company to support their filler turret heads, allowing us to supply a full conveyor processing system on and through the mezzanine. This mezzanine also later received custom clean out of place walls that support all the filler scale buckets for cleaning.
